The "All Uruguayan Departments Award Series" is open to all radio amateurs, club station and short wave listeners (SWLs) of the world that contact with or listen operations of as many Department of Uruguay, the Uruguayan insular area and the Antartic Uruguayan Bases.
The I (Brass), II (Titanium), III (Silver), IV (Gold), V (Platinum) and Maximum Awards may be claimed by any licensed radio amateur, club station or SWL who can produce evidence of having contacted 3, 6, 9, 14, 19 and 20 or more Department of Uruguay, the Uruguayan insular area and the Antartic Uruguayan Bases respectively using digital modes.

The I (Brass), II (Titanium), III (Silver), IV (Gold), V (Platinum) and Maximum Awards may be claimed by any licensed radio amateur, club station or SWL who can produce evidence of having contacted 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 or more first letter of the suffix of the call sign of Uruguayan stations respectively using digital modes.
